Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Cooking:

  1. Combine all ingredients in  small bowl.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
